Confirm these before you order any of them
The same list applies whether you buy from us or from anyone else. Before you use these prices to compare against another quotation, read the cartridge arithmetic — the machine price is the smaller half of the decision. If a supplier will not answer these in writing, the price is not the problem.
- The exact cartridges included, listed by stated depth, with rated shots and power rating per cartridge
- The count of distinct depths, checked against the D number in the machine's name
- Today's replacement price for each cartridge type
- Whether the machine covers the body work you intend to offer, or only face
- The written warranty for that specific model — period and the covered/excluded parts list
- Whether installation for this machine is onsite or remote, included or chargeable (it varies product to product)
- Training: how many staff, and what retraining costs later
- Delivery time to your pincode
- Electrical requirement and footprint against your actual room
How to read our own product names
Three of the five machines above carry a number in the name — 7D, 4-in-1, 2-in-1. Our own D-number guide tells you not to read those as a specification. That applies to this page too, and it would be dishonest not to say so.
We use the market naming because that is what clinics search for. It is still not the specification. Judge these machines the way we have asked you to judge everyone's:
- Ask for the depth list for the specific unit — not the number in its name
- Ask for rated shots and power per cartridge, per cartridge type
- Ask which cartridges are included at the quoted price, and what the rest cost
- Ask for the written warranty for that exact model before paying
If a supplier — us included — answers those four questions slowly or partially, that tells you something the price does not. See the full checklist.
What comes with a machine bought from us
Stated plainly, so you can compare it against another supplier's equivalent:
- Operational training is included. Academic training can be arranged at extra charge.
- Lifetime spare-part support — meaning parts remain available and orderable from our website. The parts themselves are chargeable; this is a commitment about availability, not free parts.
- Technical support, including video-call support, for machines bought from us.
- In-warranty repairs are free. Post-warranty, paid repair is available and the machine is couriered to us.
- Pan-India delivery in 5–6 days depending on pincode, with live tracking.
- EMI via credit card, with charges applicable.
- CE certification across the range, with certification held per model — ask which certificate applies to yours.
Frequently Asked Questions
Can I see one working before buying?
Ask for a demonstration - and ask specifically to see the machine you are being quoted, not a different model from the same range. A video call demonstration is a reasonable starting point if you cannot travel.
Can you connect me with a clinic already using one?
We will not share another customer's contact details without their permission, and we would not share yours either. Ask us and we will check what we can arrange properly - but treat any supplier who hands over a customer's number instantly as a supplier who will hand over yours.
The machine I want is out of stock. What now?
Ask for a lead time in writing before you plan a launch or take bookings around it. Do not let a marketing calendar depend on an unconfirmed dispatch date.
Do you supply outside India?
Ask us with your location and we will tell you what is actually possible rather than guessing on a web page.
