When a low price is a specification gap
A meaningfully cheaper quotation usually resolves into one of these. None of them are automatically disqualifying — but you should know which one you are buying.
- Fewer cartridges. The commonest one. Price the missing ones and the gap narrows or vanishes.
- No body cartridges. A "face and body" machine with facial cartridges only.
- Shorter or thinner warranty. Same period, fewer parts covered — or the period stated with no parts list at all.
- No real after-sales structure. Cheapest of all to offer, and the most expensive thing to discover in month seven.
- Grey-market or locally assembled stock without traceable documentation, where nobody is accountable for a defect.
- Training excluded, or one short session with no provision for the staff who join later.

How to ask for a comparable quotation
Send the same message to every supplier on your shortlist. Identical questions produce comparable answers, and the differences in how they reply are informative in themselves.

- Replacement price of each cartridge type, today
- Number of handpieces, and their warranty status
- Written warranty: period, covered parts, excluded parts
- Installation: included or extra, onsite or remote, for this specific machine
- Training: how many staff, how long, what retraining costs
- Delivery timeline to your pincode, and whether it is tracked
- Post-warranty repair process, turnaround, and who pays freight each way
- Copy of the certificate that applies to this exact model

Are prices negotiable?
Our listed prices are already the normal selling price rather than an inflated starting point, and the final figure on a deal is settled in conversation. Whether there is any movement depends on the machine and the deal - it is not something we publish.
